I remember turning 50. That was about when the hormones started shutting down and my body went to hell. Really. Something to look forward to. Happy Birthday.

50 is pretty awesome in my book. The body and mind might be going in some areas, but the confidence and years of experience far outweigh the negatives. I've even managed to lose a few pounds. Something about just deciding to enjoy me has added a brilliant new dimension to my life. I actually amaze me sometimes.
